![]() ![]() I started poking at it a few days ago) But I have the feeling that it shouldn't take over an hour just to load the custom mask options. The video I've been attempting to edit is close to three hours long(but I have been trimming them into roughly 20 minute chunks), a desktop recording using OBS Studio and is an MP4, 60FPS. (Windows 10, Ryzen ryzen 5 1500x quad core, Radeon rx 470, 16gig RAM, more than a TB of free space) ![]() Visual Studio is fully updated and runs as administrator, my video card drivers are up to date, and my computer should be more than capable of running the program. That said, when the app doesn’t work, compatibility mode is often the quickest fix. Run OBS in compatibility mode OBS is compatible with Windows 10 and has received several updates since the release of the OS. Seeing as I'm trying to quickly and efficiently edit videos, such a long load time to use pretty much any of the editing tools pretty much makes the program rather ineffective. Click the Restore to original settings button. Which then took another 20 minutes to actually apply and more time after that to apply effects. ![]() As I was attempting to mask out/hide some of the stream chat on the video last night, I got frustrated and simply left it open to stew for about an hour and a half before the program became responsive again and allowed me to apply a mask. Visual Studio works just fine if all I'm doing is playing it back, trimming/cutting the videos down, but the moment I try to use any of the other editing tools, IE, the video mask, it locks into a perpetual state of loading and freezes to the point where I can't even minimize the program(though I am capable of switching windows) and shows as 'not responding' in the task manager. I've also get 2 extension screens for my laptop (USB A, 3.0) and a headset with boom mic connected via USB A, 3.0).I started using Video Studio x10 to trim and edit videos I've recorded from various game streams, and I've run into a bit of a frustrating problem. Problem is, about two minutes into the stream, a process named 'System Interrupts' starts using 100 CPU and about another 30 seconds, my entire system freezes. I am using an old iPhone XS Max as my webcam, through the Reincubate Camo Studio Pro video-cam app (connected via USB A, 3.0). I'm running Windows 10 Home on a Lenovo Legion 5 gaming laptop, Intel i7, 2.60 GHz, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD. And it's always at the most inopportune moments! Zoom and Community, HELP!!! Anyone else have this issue? Why is the whole app interactivity freezing yet I can still see others, hear others, and they can see/hear me? It's a huge nuisance because I don't know when it will happen/if it will happen. ![]() Once it's closed, I can then restart and rejoin the meeting. The only way I've found is to start up the Windows Task Manager and force-close the Zoom app (usually there are 2 instances of it running!). I've tried the 32-bit and the 64-bit versions (PC), for 5.7.5, 5.7.6, and 5.7.7-and my interactivity, captions, and ability to even close/leave the Zoom are all frozen/inaccessible. Also, click on the Change settings for all users button along the bottom. From the dropdown box that gets enabled, select Windows 10. Select the Run the program in compatibility mode for checkbox. People have told me they have tried to chat to me and they get a message that I'm no longer in the meeting, YET they still see me on screen with my camera! In the Properties dialog box, select Compatibility. If I try to go into chat and type, nothing show. This on-screen interactivity is frozen/disabled! My mouse shows on the screen, but I don't see the result of my clicks. When I try to interact with the menu bar - I can't see any response from the app for mute/unmute, start video/stop video, or the ^ (up caret) to open up the sub-menus. I'm especially aware of the issue when I see the captions frozen/stuck and/or Chat stops working. When I'm a participant (or host/co-host) with Captions/Transcript enabled, my lower Menu bar freezes up sporadically. Has anyone had issues since PC 32-bit/64-bit version 5.7.5 (and continuing) with the title issues? ![]()
